Law and Society faculty awarded SSHRC Grant
The Law and Society Program extends its congratulations to two of its faculty members, Allison Smith and Emily Lockhart, who have been awarded a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Partnership Engage Grant (PEG).
Smith and Lockhart are working in partnership with the Legal Information Society of Nova Scotia. The SSHRC PEG research focuses on understanding how tech-facilitated sexual and gender-based violence impact 2SLGBTQIA+ youth in order to improve supports and access to justice.
The researchers are featured here with the student research assistants who will be conducting research with the team, Molly Sutherland and Hanna McCamon.
